Overview
Simulation grants exposure to and application of knowledge in an authentic clinical setting. You will discover ways to better develop scenarios, learn how to integrate simulation into your program, and enrich your knowledge and skills on debriefing. If you work in healthcare and desire to learn simulation pedagogy unique to health care environments, this introductory course is for you!
This introductory course will work to answer the following questions:
1. What is Healthcare Simulation?
2. Why use simulation?
3. What type of learner is a good candidate for simulation?
4. What is to come?
